Via Brasil's bar is stocked with a complete array of spirits, including a variety of Cachaca- a Brazilian sugar cane liquor, which is the key ingredient in our famous "Caipirinha".
Our Caipirinha's, which have been known to be the best outside of Brazil, are made of fresh muddled limes, sugar, and your choice of Cachaca, poured over cracked ice, gently shaken, and served for your delight.
In addition to our "classic" Caipirinha's with lime, we offer a variety of other fruits which may be substituted, and other Cachaca-based cocktails, such as Caipisake and Caipiwine, to give you an absolute exotic experience.
